Deposits are non refundable regardless, no excuses. However, If you decide to reschedule your appointment 1 day (24 hrs) prior to the scheduled appointment your deposit will continue to be valid for the rescheduled appointment. Deposit will only be allowed transferable once! Deposits are applied to the total of your service, any remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. NO SHOWS - Will no longer be acceptable as clients and will be charged 30% of the service. LATE ARRIVALS - There is a 10 minute grace period. At the 10 minute mark you will receive a CANCELLATION text message (please reference the cancellation/reschedule policy below) I am home based so I kindly ask that you respect my home and family. My address will be sent via TEXT the day before your scheduled appointment. I kindly ask that you do not share my address when given to you. If you can’t comply with my policies you will no longer be booked/ rebooked and will be banned from my booking site. NO additional people are allowed, no exceptions! otherwise your appointment will be cancelled. REFUNDS - If you are not happy with your nails, please let me know before you pay. I will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. NO REFUNDS will be given after you have left my nail room. COMPLIMENTARY FIXES - If vou are ever dissatisfied with any service I will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations during your appointment. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks! I reserve the right to refuse service to: Anyone with a nail condition I suspect may be contagious. Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area. Anyone in ill health that I may suspect may be contagious, or fear could be harmed by my service. Anyone more than 10 minutes late for an appointment. Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.

Cancellation Policy

NO SHOWS Will no longer be acceptable as clients and will be charged 30% of the service. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE You must cancel/reschedule 24 hrs. Before your scheduled appointment, failure to do so will be subject to a charge of 30% of the service. You will not be able to rebook an appointment until the cancellation fee has been paid (this fee will not be applied towards your new service.) LATE ARRIVALS There is a 10 minute grace period.
